Project Description

This design/build project was a multi phase project where the exsisting operation took priority to the construction project. Project features included extension of the exsisting end wall so the 100 ton crane could travel between buildings and unload/load large payloads. The new runway beams needed to be within 1/4″ of the exsisting runway beam and 1/8″ in elevation. The new building extension was designed for a Mega Door. The new Weld shop included a Mega Door on the end wall, sandblast building, 100 ton crane loading, robotic welding, floor trenches with steel plate covers for flexability with electrical for welders, gas lines for pre-heat, air lines keeping tripping hazards to a minimum. New office addition and renovation of existing, concrete paving, istallation of air condidtioning, and insulation in all buildings.
