Project Description

Colton Constructors was selected as the General Contractor for the New Porsche Arrowhead Project located at Bell Road and the 101 freeway. This 60,000 sf facility located on 6 acres with photovoltaic system located on parking canopies. Building Project included a Primary building including Showroom, Service Advisors, Service Drive, New Car Delivery, 12,00 second floor with an additional showroom, customer lounge and executive offices. A separate 8,300 SF detail building with a car wash is located behind the primary facility. Colton handled all of the project FFE including Automotive Equipment. This Project Achieved a LEED Gold
