Project Description

This CMAR project was for the State of Arizona with LEA – Architects heading up all or the design and permitting responsibilities for the project. This 16,325 SF facility was constructed to help solve the increasing homeless population and includes Sleeping area for 80 people/ families, office space for administration, warming kitchen for food service, outpatient clinic, outdoor gardens for tenants, dog run area and a large community room.
