Porsche Arrowhead
Project Description
Colton Constructors was selected as the General Contractor for the new Porsche Arrowhead Project located at Bell Road and the 101 freeway. This 60,000 SF facility is located on 6 acres with photovoltaic system located on parking canopies. The primary building includes a showroom, service advisors, service drive, new car delivery, a 12,000 SF second floor with an additional showroom, customer lounge, and executive offices. A separate 8,300 SF detail building with a car wash is located behind the primary structure. Colton managed all FF&E procurement and installation, including automotive equipment. The project achieved LEED Gold certification.
