Colton Constructors was chosen to construct the new 32,125 sf gound up Volvo Dealership located on 4.7 acres in Gilbert Arizona. This new car dealership is compliant with the Volvo image program and features a seperate detail building equipped with a new car wash. Building features include air conditioned tiled shop, Electric vehicle charging stations and services areas, exterior display, interior cafe lounge, interior Kalwall skylights, and all LED lighting.
